MGS Products guarantees all products to be free from defects. Defective products can be returned within 90 days of product order from MGS Products for replacement of the same product. If the item being exchanged is a limited edition or seasonal item and the product is no longer available, it may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. At the discretion of MGS Products any defective product may be required to be returned to the Home & Garden office so it can be verified that the item does not meet product specifications. All returned items must be accompanied by a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) letter issued by MGS Products Customer Support. MGS Products will pay the shipping charges for products returned because of defects. The Company will provide a Call Tag or Returns Material Authorization (RMA) to cover the shipping charges for a defective item return.
MGS Products does offer refunds for returned items from customers who do not choose to accept replacement product. Proof of purchase is required for any refund.
All orders will ship from our Menomonie, Wisconsin, warehouse approximately within three business days from receipt of order in our system.Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
MGS Products will choose the method of shipping depending on the overall cost, weight and zip code of the order’s ship-to address. Most product orders will be shipped via a parcel carrier. For larger orders (determined at the discretion of MGS Products), pallet shipping may occur and MGS Products will ship LTL (less than truckload). Pallet orders will be delivered on 48 x 40 wood pallets. Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box unless we are shipping via USPS or Canada Mail. For larger orders, we ship via UPS Ground. To minimize confusion, please always enter a mailing address instead of a P.O. Box.
